Hello Bloggers!  Thanks for once again, checking in.  I hope I’m making it worth your while.

So, last week I bought a 10# bag of Russet potatoes on sale.  This week, they’re still sitting in my basement, untouched.  Now, you know that potatoes won’t hang around too long, at least the ones from the grocer because they’re not that fresh.  So, I thought that I should use some of them before they spoil, and I was interested in freezing them, but wasn’t sure how.  I did some research and found a couple of helpful ideas.
